Style Box - Investment Workbooks

Overview

The Style Box component, by default, shows you the Ownership Zone and centroid for a fund’s equity holdings, and a benchmark. The Ownership Zone represents 75% of the fund’s domestic equity holdings. How much, and which parts of the Style Box does the fund cover? Is it a concentrated fund, or spread out over many areas?

The centroid represents the weighted average of the fund’s equity holdings. In which part of the Style Box is the centroid located? Does it skew more toward a corner of the box it’s in, or toward the center? How does its location compare to the benchmark’s centroid?

For capabilities common to most components, read the Components Overview.
