  Last year’s Morningstar Investment Conference drew
more than 200 registered exhibitors and sponsors. From fund companies and investment managers to financial publishers and software firms, the Morningstar Investment Conference puts exhibitors in front of a captive audience of advisors and financial planners.

  Exhibit costs—$9,500 for a single booth (10'x10'), or $15,000 for a double booth space (10'x20')—include:
Two complimentary conference passes (four passes for double booths). Additional representatives may attend for $795.  
Eleven hours of dedicated exhibit-floor time, with the exhibit floor strategically laid out to maximize traffic and networking opportunities with conference attendees.
Pre- and post-conference attendee lists (one-time use only).
A 150-word description about your company in the official conference publication distributed to all conference attendees.
Confirmed press three weeks prior to an event to allow scheduling of your press interviews.
Two continental breakfasts, two luncheons, and two receptions.
  Exhibitor Booth Cancellation Policy
  Booth-registration fees are 100% refundable if Morningstar receives notice by Feb. 15, 2013. No refunds will be given after Feb. 15, 2013.
