Correction to Mutual Funds/Variable Annuities Portfolio Statistics
The November release of Principia Mutual Funds and Principia Mutual Funds Advanced (with data as of October 31, 2004) included incorrect portfolio statistics for all share classes of the American Funds Investment Company of America Fund.
The November release of Principia Variable Annuities/Life (with data as of October 31, 2004) included incorrect portfolio statistics for all variable annuity/life subaccounts with American Funds Ins Ser Asset Allocation as an underlying fund.
Patch fix1104.exe corrects these errors.
Monthly subscribers
We recommend that all monthly subscribers to Principia Mutual Funds, Mutual Funds Advanced and Variable Annuities/Life download and install this patch. If you do not subscribe to Principia Mutual Funds, Mutual Funds Advanced, or Variable Annuities/Life on a monthly basis you do not need to download and install this patch.
This patch is intended for those who subscribe to a single-user version of Principia or for administrators of network versions. If you are unsure which Principia license you have, launch Principia, click the Help menu, then click About Principia. The last line of the message box reads either Single User Version or Network Version.
To download and install the patch

Close Principia. |

Download the patch, and then choose to save the file to your hard disk. |

Save the file fix1104.exe to a folder on your PC. Note the name and location of this folder. When download is complete, locate the file and double-click it. Follow the on-screen instructions. |
