A Dilbert Fund?

I was going to start this post by saying Dilbert cartoonist Scott Adams has some surprisingly sophisticated thoughts on index funds. But Adams frequently touches on economic issues in his blog, and he's obviously a smart guy, so it's probably not that unexpected.
