The Virtual Training Center (VTC) is an educational module that can be accessed directly through either Advisor Workstation.   Located in the left-side navigation, the VTC provides convenient access to segmented, self-paced learning.

Features.  Functions.  And More.  Subscribers have access to short, informational Web videos on basic features and functions of Workstation, organized by Module and topic.  Take a test drive of some of our more popular videos.

Join Us.  Live.  Subscribers can join free, live, Web-based training classes designed to illuminate the different Modules of Workstation. These interactive sessions are scheduled one-month in advance and last one-hour.  Upcoming dates, times, topics and class guides are available by logging into the VTC.  Our standard classes are:

• 102: Clients and Portfolios
• 103: Hypothetical Illustrations

Please note that the sessions are quite popular and are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please show up several minutes early to guarantee your seat.
